McDonald Consulting Group was formed in 1995 to address the need for systems implementation.  We specialize in quality, environmental, and health and safety management systems, and work with our clients to design a customized system that incorporates their unique company culture as well as meets the requirements of international standards.  Once these standards are met, we continue to work with our clients to streamline their processes, through the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma techniques.

Our consultants have 15 or more years’ experience in industry before becoming a McDonald Group associate. Each of our consultants brings strong expertise to McDonald Consulting Group, and we apply this expertise to help our clients achieve their goals.

Our consultants have multiple certifications, including RABQSA or IATCA certified auditors, Project Management Institute certified Project Managers, ASQ Certified Auditors, and Plexus instructor certification for both Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
